The Banquet has been confirmed for Friday 23rd August at the Mercure Holland House Hotel, Cardiff.
The Banquet will start at 8.00 pm and entry is by pre-purchased ticket only.
Cost £50 per person.

We will need confirmed numbers by 18th July
Payments by 25th July
The 3 course dinner will include a choice of drinks on the table, beer, white wine, red wine, water.
During the evening there will be a presentation of the Winners Cups followed by some light entertainment inc. a visit from members of our local Male Voice Choir.
We have had replies resulting in initial demand for over 600 places, so we will have to allocate tickets. The main hall will hold about 500 diners with the rest being in a smaller room, with an audio link. This means we have to limit the main hall as follows:
over 70’s = 20 seats per team in the main hall
over 75’s = 12 seats per team in the main hall.
Additional diners will be accommodated in the smaller room.
In an ideal world we would love to have everyone in the same room. Unfortunately this is just not possible. Please understand our dilemma.
The Meal will consist of the following:
| Spicy tomato and lentil soup (V/VG/GF) |
| Roast chicken confit, sage and rosemary fondant potatoes, carrots, fine green beans and jus (DF/GF) OR Wild mushrooms and tarragon risotto, served with black truffle oil and rocket salad (V/VE/GF) |
| Baked New York cheesecake, served with a berry compote (V/VG/GF) |
| There will also be limited wine, water and beer on each table. |
